KLINICKÁ FARMAKOLOGIE A FARMACIE / Klin Farmakol Farm 2019; 33(3): 5–10 /  www.klinickafarmakologie.cz 10 EDITORIAL Generické léky: teorie a praxe Závěr Lze konstatovat, že generické přípravky si vydobyly zásadní místo v moderní farmakote­ rapii. Tak, jako originální léky posunují vývoj medicíny kupředu, generika umožňují rozšířit moderní farmakoterapii mezi maximální po­ čet pacientů, kteří ji potřebují. Bez generik by současná zdravotní péče vypadala úplně jinak, a rozhodně ne lépe. Za celou dobu jejich exi­ stence nebyl zpochybněn koncept generic­ kých léků a způsob, jakým jsou schvalovány a registrovány. Existence generik v současné podobě je jeden z velmi nenápadných, ale pro medicínu jako celek naprosto zásadních, úspěchů farmakologie. LITERATURA 1. Morais JA, Lobato Mdo R.
