Prof. MUDr. Jaroslav Jezdinský, CSc. – 90 let Prof. Jezdinský oslavil v květnu t. r. devadesáté narozeniny. Ano, věk si bere svoji daň, pan profesor již nenavštěvuje svoje bývalé pracoviště, a ani na venčení věrného čtyřnohého přítele už není sil. Nicméně stále může kolegům poskytovat cenné rady, zvláště pro realizaci práce s experimentálními modely. Rady a konzultace opírá o svoje cenné zkušenosti z praxe lékaře a vysokoškolského učitele a o znalosti současných směrů farmakoterapie a moderní mediciny. Rovněž jako zdroj vědomostí a vzpomínek je pro své přátele a svoji rodinu nenahraditelný. Prof. Jezdinský je autorem nebo spoluautorem více než sta vědeckých prací a spoluautorem učebnice farmakologie (Lincova D, Farghali H, et al. Základní a aplikovaná farmakologie, Praha: Galen; 2002), patřil k zakladatelům odborného časopisu „Zpravodaj klinické farmakologie a farmacie“ – v letech 1994–2002 byl jeho odpovědným redaktorem, od r. 2003 je členem redakční rady (časopis má nyní název „Klinická farmakologie a farmacie“ a vydává jej nakladatelství Solen). Je čestným členem České lékařské společnosti (od 2005) a Československé společnosti pro experimentální a klinickou farmakologii a toxikologii (1994).
