Interakcie liekov a prevencia ich nežiaducich účinkov nadobúdajú stále väčší význam pri intenzívnejšom používaní kombinácií liekov. Cieľom práce bolo v stručnom prehľade upozorniť na klinicky významné liekové interakcie jednej z najčastejšie používaných liekových skupín - nesteroidových antiflogistík, analgetík. Autori sa sústredili na interakcie s liečivami kardiovaskulárneho systému. Samostatne sa venovali aspirínu a neopioidovému analgetiku paracetamolu.

NON-STEROIDAL ANTIINFLAMMATORIES AND ANALGESICS INTERACTIONS

Drugs interactions and prevention of their adverse effects gains steadily greater importance with more intensive use of drug combinations. Aim of the review article is to warn before clinically important drugs interactions of the most widely used group o remedies - non-steroidal antiinflammatories, analgesics. Authors focused on interactions with the drugs for cardiovascular system. Aspirin and non-opioid analgesic paracetamol are presented separately.
