Článek předkládá čtenářům většinu dostupných dat o glycylcyklinech, respektive o prvním a dosud jediném zástupci této skupiny antibiotik, který byl uveden na světový trh a je nyní registrován i v ČR. Popis vlastností nového antibiotika, včetně schválených indikací, však ještě nemusí být dostatečným návodem pro praktické používání. Dovoluji si proto připojit několik doplňujících úvah o tomto přípravku...
