V letošním roce, tedy v roce 2005, oslavujeme všude 60 let od konce II. světové války. Náhoda tomu chce, že se několik mých bývalých spolupracovníků dožívá právě letos krásného jubilea. Dovršují v plné svěžesti 75 let svého života. Dva z nich osvědčili kromě vynikajících vědeckých schopností také neobyčejné schopnosti manažerské. O jednom z nich je právě nyní řeč. Jiří Elis měl již za studií zájem o vědeckou práci a byl pomocná vědecká síla v Biologickém ústavu Všeobecné, nyní 1. lékařské fakulty Karlovy univerzity v Praze...
